What personal data I collect and why I collect it
In order to reply to your message or fulfil your order, I receive personally identifiable information (which you have provided to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, date of order, and payment information. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information so that I can fulfil your order. I also receive meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, IP address, and the browser user agent.
When I collect data and how it is stored
Data is collected when the contact or order form is completed. The information is sent by email message that only I am able to access. The information is stored in email form only on my website hosting providers servers.
How long I keep the information
If you would like your information to be removed from my email archive, please contact me. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

*Delivery services: If an item is claimed as not received we will make a claim against the Delivery Service who will investigate why the item was not delivered, this will entail giving your personal details including but not limited to your name and address.
* Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues; (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.
